This September, I’m running a Reiki Level 1 Foundation Course at the clinic — and it might be the most valuable weekend you give yourself this year.
Level 1 is all about healing yourself first, before you heal others. Over the two days you’ll receive your Level 1 attunement, learn hands-on techniques for daily self-healing, and discover the history and principles behind this gentle, powerful practice — all in a small, supportive group.
No experience needed. Just an open mind and a willingness to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
